1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email when your order has shipped


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • United States: 5–10 business days

    • International: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.


3. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping partners such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other global logistics providers to deliver your order safely and efficiently.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update


5. Delays

Tech Spire is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer


6. International Shipping & Customs

  • International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost

  • Customs clearance may cause additional delays


7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout

  • Tech Spire is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Tech Spire is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier


9. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • We will assist with a replacement or refund
